Where shall I begin? As a mother, I would have expected you to be cautious about your only daughter. Naturally,
you are. Unlike other mothers I have encountered though, you have given me a chance. You have gotten to know me,
and you recognize what your daughter truly means to me. You are one of my biggest supporters, and for that I owe you
the world. You have given me support when I needed it, and even when I didn't. In all honesty, you are one of
the very few people who have actually made me blush. Most of the time when I am the recipient of compliments, I argue
with the complimenter, trying to bring myself down, thinking that they are just saying what I want to hear. When you
speak, however, I listen. There is an honesty in your voice and in your eyes that makes me feel like a very important
person. No words can express how happy this makes me. I have tried several times to repay you, but you always
insist that I keep my money, save my energy, etc. This irritated me at first because I wanted to display my grattitude,
but I realized that the best way I could ever repay you is to love Lauren unconditionally and with all of my heart.
This is one debt in which I am more than happy to pay back. So, thank you once again Horty, and remember if you ever
need anything, I'll be around. I plan on it!
